Information provided via the email addresses listed on the website Once we have responded to your request for information, your data will be stored for a maximum of 6 months as evidence in the event of any subsequent complaints.
Spontaneous applications Under our data storage policy, your personal data will be stored for a maximum of ONE YEAR following receipt of your CV.
User registration Your personal data will be stored until you close your user account.

Once you have closed your account, your data will remain blocked in our database and will be stored until any legal obligations to which we are subject expire.

Customer contact Invoices, delivery receipts, quotes and contacts Personal data will be stored until the end of the contractual relationship. Once this relationship has come to an end, your data will be stored for 6 years for commercial purposes in compliance with the Code of Commerce. For fiscal purposes, your data will be stored for a period of 4 years in compliance with the General Taxation Law.
Video surveillance footage Footage will be stored for ONE MONTH in compliance with Instruction 1/2006 of 8 November on the processing of personal data for surveillance purposes via camera or video camera systems issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency, as well as Article 22 of the Draft Organic Law on Personal Data Protection.

ALMACENES JAVIER does not intend to transfer data internationally. Where necessary, data will only be transferred to organisations that have demonstrated compliance with the level of protection and guarantees set out in current data protection regulations, such as the European Regulation, or when the international transfer is legally authorised.
